A cell phone is also available. A $50.00 security deposit is required. Purchase prepaid card at SETAR in the airport, just beyond Customs. They will help you activate the cell phone with the minutes you purchased. Refill the card at any SETAR on the island or at some gas stations and grocery stores. Having an island cell phone provides the convenience of knowing the phone number in advance for loved ones and being able to talk to those at the house while you are out. If pickup/delivery is difficult, the phone can be Fed Ex'd at guest's expense. |

DirectionsFrom Reina Beatrix International Airport, turn right and head south toward San Nicolas. After passing Balashi Brewery (Aruba native beer) turn right (4.5km). Go to end of T (.2 km) (in front of water desalination plant - WEB) and turn left. Follow signs to Marina Pirata (remember this restaurant/lounge; very good and you will want to patronize it). The unfinished parking lot will empty onto Spaans Lagoenweg. #43 will be about 1 mile down on the left. There are no street names but after you pass Marina Pirata on the right, you will see a sign nailed to a tree (SPAANS LAGOENWEG). Look for a bright yellow house (about 6/10 km). The fence has green crossboards and white posts. There are a lot of trees and foliage in the front yard. The Sea is directly across the street. |
